Are we open every day?
Little Jack’s is open 7 days a week, from 11:30am-10pm.
We are closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. We are open for lunch service on Christmas Eve, closing at 5pm.
Is there a dress code?
While we do not have a dress code at Little Jack’s and we are casual in spirit, we ask that gentlemen wear shirts with sleeves (no tank-tops, please).
Do we have a kids menu?
We do not offer a kids menu, however parents have always found options for their children on our regular menu.
Do we have GF or vegan options?
Please alert your server if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, so they may guide you through the menu and ensure a safe dining experience. While we have limited vegan options, we offer several gluten free options or items that can be modified to be gluten free.
Do we take reservations?
We accept reservations for our dining room and patio. Reservations can be booked via Resy or by calling the restaurant up to 30 days in advance. Our bar is first-come-first-served and is seated from the host stand to ensure everyone has the best experience possible.
What is the largest reservation we can accommodate?
The largest reservation we can accommodate is a party of 11. We cannot accommodate split groups. For parties of 12 or more, our back room is available for rent for a private dining experience. For back room inquiries, please reach out to our Event Director (events@leonsoystershop.com) for more details.
Do we charge a fee for cancellations or no shows?
If you book a reservation and are unable to join us, we kindly ask you to call the restaurant and let us know with at least 24 hours notice. All groups of 6 or more that cancel within 24 hours of the reservation time may be charged $10/person.
Do we offer parking?
We offer complimentary parking in marked spaces in the lot across from the Greek Orthodox Church at 19 Race St. Guests can also park on the street, but we advise against parking in the neighborhood behind Leon’s as the streets are extremely tight. There is also a pay to park lot at 2 Race St., across the street from Little Jack’s.
Do we offer take-out?
We do offer take-out. Orders can be placed over the phone, through our website, or through the Toast Local app. We prioritize in-house business and therefore may limit take-out based on the volume of diners at the restaurant.
Do we allow dogs on our patio?
We love when our well-behaved canine friends come to visit us and absolutely allow them on our patio. Don’t be surprised if your pup is greeted before you.
Do we have TV’s?
We do have a TV at Little Jack’s but we only bring it out for the most exciting 2 minutes in sports, The Kentucky Derby. Join us each spring, order a Mint Julep, and bring your finest hat.
Do we host private events?
We host private dining groups in our back room for groups of 12 to 20 people. These bookings operate on a prefix menu with beverages a la carte. For more information regarding availability, menus, and pricing, please reach out to our Event Director at events@leonsoystershop.com.
Do we have a “time limit” for tables?
While we do not have any time limits for tables, we suggest reservations of 4 or fewer enjoy their experience in 1 hour 30 minutes, reservations of 5-8 enjoy in 2 hours, and larger groups of 9-11 enjoy in 2 hours 30 minutes. This allows us to offer the same great experience to the next group wanting to dine.
Do we have a patio?
We have a large patio with heaters, fans, and coverage for inclement weather. The majority ofour patio tables can be reserved on Resy. A portion of our patio is uncovered, and we accept walk-ins to these tables, weather permitting.
Do we have a corkage fee?
You are more than welcome to bring your own bottle. We charge a $35 corkage fee per bottle with a limit of 2 bottles. The wines cannot be ones listed on our menu.
Do we have a full bar?
We offer a full bar, as well as draft beers and a thoughtfully selected wine list. Our bar prioritizes classic cocktails, alongside a succinct menu of new favorites developed in-house.
Do we have live music?
We have live piano jazz on Sundays and Tuesdays from 6pm-9pm. It’s a vibe!
